Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
在 • 指定的区域内带领所属销售团队完成公司下达的销售额等各项指标，实现业务良性增长；
• 管理所属销售代表，进行选拔 / 培训 / 发展等，营造良好的团队文化，提高团队的整体能力；
• 执行公司的市场策略和销售政策，结合区域特点制定相应的区域渠道和销售策略；
• 为分销商提供产品 / 管理支持，协助分销商达成销售指标；
• 协调区域内的资源并提高销售渠道对目标客户的覆盖；
• 维护专家和重点客户的长期关系，提高区域内的客户满意度。
• 利用销售工具收集 / 分析所在区域的市场情况，寻找潜在的机会，建立区域运营机制；
• 开展和组织所负责区域，所负责医疗产品的市场推广和销售活动；
• 挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会。
Qualifications Required:
大 • 学本科或以上学历，医学，工程背景优先；
• 6 年以上医疗器械 / 耗材分销商管理经验或直接销售经验；
• 2 年以上团队管理经验， 拥有团队的组建，发展和激励能力；
• 高度诚信和敬业精神，较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧
• 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作，熟练操作电脑
• 卓越的对内对外沟通技能及问题解决能力
； • 团队工作的技能（包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力）
• 良好的演讲技能
• 能够承受相应压力，独立工作，并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
